Student Volunteer Hours!
Welcome to Shendo Cat Racing’s new and improved blog! Thank you for visiting. Can we take this opportunity to talk to you about volunteering! We know that many of you could use some student volunteer hours. We would love to sign off on those forms for you! Shendo Cat wants you!
As a student, you are probably seeking ways to gain experience and give back to your community. Volunteering is a great way to do both! Many organizations, including ours, are always looking for volunteers; student volunteer hours can be a valuable addition to your resume. Employers are looking for motivated students like you!
Volunteer opportunities aren’t always easy to find. However, the most important thing is to get involved no matter how you find volunteer opportunities! Volunteering is a great way to make a difference in your community and gain valuable experience. The world is looking for young people like you to help out!
In addition to gaining experience, volunteering can help you develop new skills, meet new people, and make a difference in your community. If you are looking for a way to get involved, consider volunteering for Shendo Cat Racing. Any time you help us out, you’re making an incredible difference to us and our racers! Our racers love volunteers like you!
As a student volunteer, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of roles, including:
- Course set-up and tear-down
- Aid station support
- Finish line support
- Waste Management
- And more!
Students are required to be at least 16 years old and must sign a waiver. We provide all volunteers with a free race t-shirt and lunch. Shendo Cat tries to show you how much we appreciate you!
